This export-grade nitrided carbon steel wok is a traditional Chinese cooking pan built for commercial restaurants, Asian takeout shops, hotel kitchens and home stir-fry lovers. Adopting advanced nitrogen hardening anti-rust treatment, the wok forms a dense protective iron nitride layer without chemical non-stick coatings, delivering natural long-lasting non-stick performance that meets international export food safety standards.
Made of thickened high-purity carbon steel, the round curved wok body achieves ultra-fast, uniform high-temperature heat conduction, perfect for authentic wok hei stir-frying, deep frying, boiling and searing. The full nitriding surface effectively resists rust, oxidation and oil corrosion; after proper seasoning, it creates a natural iron patina that prevents food from sticking, no coating peeling risk compared to coated pans.
Equipped with a solid solid wood heat-insulated main handle fixed by three sturdy rivets, it blocks high heat transfer to avoid scalding during long-time high-heat cooking. A small auxiliary iron helper handle on the opposite side makes lifting heavy filled wok effortless. A hanging ring at the end of the wooden handle allows neat wall storage to save kitchen counter space.
